Shipping Policy
We dispatch brownies and blondies every Wednesday using Royal Mail 1st Class. Orders should arrive within 1–2 working days, though delivery is not guaranteed. Tracking is not included unless agreed and paid for at checkout. Once an item has been shipped we are no longer responsible for delivery — but proof of postage can be provided on request.
Postal orders must be placed by Monday evening to be included in that week's Wednesday dispatch. Orders after Monday roll into the following week's batch.
Returns & Exchanges
Our food products cannot be returned. However, if you are dissatisfied with your order or have an issue with a delivery, please contact [email protected] — we'll resolve the issue and arrange a refund if appropriate.
Packaging
All postal boxes use home-compostable packaging sourced from a UK supplier. No plastic windows, no single-use plastic void fill — everything in the box can be added to your home compost bin.
